Nitil’s key expertise and experience is operating as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He has previously worked at Dods Group plc (now Merit Group plc), Ten Alps plc (now Zinc Media plc) as CFO/COO and at Planet 24 Productions Limited as a financial accountant. Having trained at Sayers Butterworth in the early 1990s he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Recently he has taken on an Interim CFO role at D4t4 Solutions plc and is a Non-Executive of openDemocracy (Limited by Guarantee).
