Music Service Apply online

Applications for Music Services are best made online, but if you are unable to make an online application, you can use the link below to download a form to print out and post back to the College.

Bird College does not discriminate against applicants on the grounds of sex, disability, ethnicity, religion or sexuality. Information supplied will be held on a computer system which is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and will be used for administrative purposes. Information you supply may also be used to anonymously generate statistics required by Bexley Council, the DCSF or other regulatory bodies.

Once your application is received, places in Ensembles or with Licensed Teachers will be allocated on availability of a place and ability/suitability of the applicant. Licensed Teaching/Ensembles are automatically continuous from term to term. Please note that five lessons notice must be given in writing prior to the cessation of licensed teaching.

Please click on the link below to make your online application. Once you have provided your name, email address and have chosen a password, you will be able to save the application at any stage, using the button at the bottom of the form. You will then receive an email that enables you to resume the session. You should complete all sections of the form and will also be asked to attach a recent ‘passport style’ head and shoulders photograph of yourself. Once you have submitted your application you will receive an email acknowledgement.
