Ofsted inspected the College in December 2015 and published their report in January 2016, awarding us with a grade of ‘Outstanding’ for:

Overall effectiveness
Effectiveness of leadership and management
Quality of teaching, learning and assessment
Personal development, behaviour and welfare
Outcomes for learners

Included in the key findings were:

• Learners develop a very broad range of industry-focused skills which prepare them very well for employment. They make rapid progress from their starting points and become mature, thoughtful performers.

• Almost all learners achieve their diplomas and most also gain additional employment related qualifications during their time at the College.

• An Employers Advisory Panel provides outstanding industry input to the College’s curriculum and strategic direction, and ensures that learners are better prepared for employment.
